In their new roles, Cornrich and Etner will help drive business development, provide specialized client service and advance JLL\u2019s growth goals in Palm Beach County.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cornrich has more than 20 years of experience in brokerage representing local and national tenants with JLL and affiliated firms. Before arriving in South Florida, he led the Cresa office in Washington, D.C., where he grew the team from four employees to 24. A graduate of Syracuse University, with a bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, Cornrich specializes in developing and implementing complex real estate strategies to help clients navigate the real estate market.<\/p>\n<p>Etner was an associate at Cushman &amp; Wakefield prior to joining JLL, where she focused on agency leasing and tenant representation in Palm Beach and Broward counties. She specialized in assisting clients with portfolio management, space planning, lease administration and lease renewal strategy. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University, Etner holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cBrian and Merritt represent JLL\u2019s continued investment in acquiring top talent that will help us serve our clients and expand our footprint in Palm Beach\u2019s strengthening office market,\u201d<\/em> said JLL Managing Director Matthew Goodman, in prepared remarks. <em>\u201cTogether, they bring to our brokerage team deep-rooted knowledge and experience in tenant representation, as well as agency leasing. With their addition, Brian and Merritt will bolster our office practice in Palm Beach and throughout South Florida.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Palm Beach County\u2019s office market has become competitive, as the new construction pipeline has recently dried up.
