CIP worked on behalf of both the seller and the buyer in the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 2250 SE Mission St., 1&nbsp;mile from downtown Salem, the property offers convenient access to Interstate 5 and Highway 22. Various dining, shopping and entertainment venues are in close proximity to the hotel. Additionally, Oregon State Capital, Oregon Expo Center and Willamette University are nearby.<\/p>\n<p>Howard Johnson Inn includes common-area amenities such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>24-hour reception desk<\/li>\n<li>outdoor swimming pool<\/li>\n<li>fitness center<\/li>\n<li>guest laundry<\/li>\n<li>business center<\/li>\n<li>free Wi-Fi<\/li>\n<li>free breakfast<\/li>\n<li>parking spaces<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>CIP\u2019s President Joseph Kennedy worked with the buyer and the seller, as well as the parties\u2019 other professionals.
