He will be based in Houston and report to Transwestern Commercial Services President Tom Lawyer.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe continue to be energized by the remarkable opportunities in the health-care real estate sector and are proud to have a strong team of leaders who approach every opportunity through a multi-disciplinary lens. Blake has made valuable contributions to our health-care practice by creating unique synergies between Transwestern\u2019s real estate services, development and investment arms and we will continue to capitalize on that momentum as he takes a more hands-on role,\u201d <\/em>said Lawyer in prepared remarks.<\/p>\n<p>Williams joined Transwestern in January 2018 as managing director. He assisted health-care clients with capital and development needs and investor clients with sourcing and executing health-care real estate investment strategies.
