The team from Cooper Commercial, which included Bob Havasi and Dan Cooper, has worked with the seller before, on other transactions. The buyer, an Alabama investment group, acquired the property for $4.3 million.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 2001 Glenn Blvd., the 27,800-square-foot Walmart shadow-anchored center includes a roster of national, regional and local tenants such as Northeast Orthopedic, Rapid Care Medical Clinic, CATO and Sally Beauty.
