In his new role, he will be in charge of Lightstone Capital, the company&#8217;s new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/lightstone-launches-debt-platform\/\">real estate debt platform<\/a>, launched this year.<\/p>\n<p>Rozovsky joined the company in 2018. Prior to that, he worked as vice president of acquisitions &amp; asset management at Madison Realty Capital, where he contributed to the closing of more than over $2 billion in transactions. From 2011 to 2013, he was an associate with Hudson Realty Capital. Between 2007 and 2011, Rozovsky served as an associate at The Blackstone Group.
