The development is expected to break ground this fall, with completion slated for 2020.<\/p>\n<p>The property will be located at 3212 East Cesar Chavez St., east of Tillery Street, near Grizzelda\u2019s restaurant and a short walk from Jacoby\u2019s, Tillery Kitchen, Justine\u2019s, Lustre Pearl and The Brewer\u2019s Table, but also less than 2 miles from downtown Austin and within 5 miles of the Austin-Bergtstrom International Airport.<\/p>\n<p>Eastlake at Tillery will consist of two three-story buildings of 78,000 and 84,000 square feet and an above ground structured parking garage serving both buildings. The project will feature private <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/embracing-the-creative-office-concept-tools-and-benefits\/\">tenant patios, showers and outdoor space<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Bart Whatley with Delineate Studios designed the project. Ben Tolson, Bethany Perez and Seth Stuart with AQUILA Commercial will handle the leasing process at the property.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe are seeing so much demand for office space on the east side because of its authentic Austin feel. Eastlake at Tillery provides tenants with scale, visibility and walkability to some of the Eastside\u2019s coolest spots\u2014restaurants and bars like Sawyer &amp; Co, Grizzelda\u2019s, Tillery and Lustre Pearl. But its location is strategic too.
