The tech giant will occupy 362,000 square feet at the building, which will serve as additional office space for the company\u2019s growing Cambridge office.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 325 Main St., the&nbsp;new 16-story&nbsp;property will feature 400,000 square feet once completed, replacing the existing four-story building currently on site. Construction is anticipated to begin later this year, with delivery slated for a 2022 completion date.<\/p>\n<p>The deal brings Google\u2019s total footprint with Boston Properties to more than 800,000 square feet in Cambridge.
