His responsibilities included leading the in-house asset management, leasing, design, property management, marketing and construction.<\/p>\n<p>Hill was an integral part of more than $2 billion in investment transactions and the development or value-add repositioning of 8 million square feet of office, industrial and research and development assets. He has also negotiated lease transactions on more than 12 million square feet of real estate.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cI am humbled by the addition of chief executive officer to my title,&#8221;<\/em>&nbsp;Hill told <em>Commercial Property Executive. &#8220;I am also extremely thankful for the opportunity I have had, since joining the company in 2006, to work with such a committed group of people that make up our Shareholders, Staff and Board of Directors.
