This marks the company\u2019s 11<sup>th<\/sup> office in the U.S. and the 27<sup>th<\/sup> office worldwide. The company signed a lease for 3,614 square feet on the 16<span style=\"font-size: 12.75px; height: 0px; line-height: 0; position: relative; vertical-align: baseline; bottom: 1ex;\">th<\/span>&nbsp;floor of The Union, a 420,000-square-foot 22-story office tower. Located at 2300 N. Field St., the Class A office building was built last year and is pre-certified LEED Gold.<\/p>\n<p>Graydon Bouchillon, managing director &amp; head of the U.S. industrial sector for Nuveen, will lead the new office and the seven-person team. Nuveen intends to expand its investments in the region.
