Claudine Larreur, Chief Human Resources Officer, Savills Studley<\/p><\/div>\n

Savills Studley has filled two key positions by hiring Claudine Larreur as chief human resources officer (CHRO) and Janet Woods as Northeast regional lead. The company has also promoted Christopher White to Southeast regional lead. <\/p>\n

Larreur previously served as CHRO at global consulting firm Alvarez & Marsal. Before that, she held HR positions at LPL Financial and JLL. Larreur\u2019s experience encompasses talent management, learning and development, management systems, HR business partners and benefits.<\/p>\n

Woods and White will oversee the eastern region. In their new roles, they will handle recruitment tasks, open new offices and identify acquisition opportunities, among other responsibilities. <\/p>\n

Woods joins Savills Studley from Stan Johnson Co., where she served as regional managing director for the East Coast. She was a member of the national executive team and leader of the national corporate finance practice. Her experience includes management and brokerage positions at DTZ, The Staubach Co. and Cassidy Turley. Woods has more than 20 years of experience as a broker and advisor, including work in capital markets and tenant representation. She also handled real estate accounts for municipalities, not-for-profits and education organizations.<\/p>\n

White was previously vice chairman and market leader of Savills Studley\u2019s Atlanta office. His experience of more than 20 years encompasses labor and operations strategy, real estate transaction management and corporate services solutions. Before joining Savills Studley, White held brokerage and management positions with Cushman & Wakefield, DTZ and Cassidy Turley.<\/p>\n

The three appointments follow the naming of Ann Marie Woessner-Collins as executive vice president<\/a> in the company’s Minneapolis office last November.  <\/p>\n
