Working together with Hines, the asset&#8217;s property manager, Ware Malcomb was responsible for the architectural, interior design and branding aspects of the project, with Bycor acting as general contractor.<\/p>\n<p>The project included exterior, lobby and amenity renovations. Work on the 451,180-square-foot asset focused on the main building lobby and a 3,100-square-foot gym, which was fitted with a fitness center, showers and lockers.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 525 B St., the property is in the heart of the&nbsp;B street corridor. According to Yardi Matrix data, LaSalle Investment Management is the owner, having purchased the asset in 2016 for $122 million.
