SpringHill Suites Denver Tech Center<\/p><\/div>\n

SpringHill Suites Denver Tech Center, an 88-key hotel in Greenwood Village, Colo., has opened. The property will operate as a Marriott International franchise, while Tower West Holdings LLC will own and manage the property. <\/p>\n

Located at 7900 E. Parkview Ave., the hotel offers convenient access to downtown Denver and the Denver Tech Center, Park Meadows and Fiddler\u2019s Green Amphitheater. Other shopping, dining and entertainment venues such as the Denver Zoo, Denver Museum of Nature and Science, Pepsi Center and the University of Denver are easily accessible via interstates 25 and 225. The Denver International Airport is approximately 29 miles away. <\/p>\n

The three-story property features roughly 375 square feet of meeting space and includes common-area amenities such as a fitness center, indoor swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, 24-hour market, on-site laundry, car rental service and valet dry-cleaning service.<\/p>\n

According to Senior Vice President & Global Leader of Classic Select Brands, Janis Milham, Marriott opens a new hotel approximately every 10 days on average, its most recent one being a dual-branded Marriott and Starwood in Amarillo, Texas<\/a>.<\/p>\n
