The contract is for the entire second floor of the building, located between 5<sup>th<\/sup> and 6<sup>th<\/sup> avenues. Michael Morris and Greg DiGioia of Newmark Knight Frank represented Knotel in the transaction, while William Cohen and JD Cohen of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord.<\/p>\n<p>In the Flatiron District, the company inked a 10,722-square-foot lease at Skyway Development Group\u2019s 30 W. 21<sup>st<\/sup> St., where Knotel will occupy the 4<sup>th<\/sup> and 7<sup>th<\/sup> floors.
