HFF negotiated&nbsp;the deal on behalf of the seller, Armada Hoffler Properties.<\/p>\n<p>The distribution facility was completed in November 2018 and is triple-net leased to Bottling Group LLC, a subsidiary of Pepsi Beverages Company.
