In his new role, Henderson will oversee the leasing operations for the company\u2019s 6.1 million-square-foot industrial portfolio, as well as source new business for the Pennsylvania region.<\/p>\n<p>Henderson has 17 years of commercial real estate experience&nbsp;and most recently served as senior vice president at Nappen &amp; Associates. Between 2008 and 2014, he was managing director at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. From 2005 to 2008, Henderson was director at Cushman &amp; Wakefield and prior to that, associate vice president with Grubb &amp; Ellis.<\/p>\n<p>The recently appointed executive has a BA in communications from University of Arizona.
