The two senior brokers will be based in Charlotte, where they join the retail brokerage team led by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/jll-grows-carolinas-retail-team\/\">Senior Vice President Greg Ix<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Margot Bizon brings more than 12 years of experience to her new position. Before joining JLL, she held the position of senior director at retail real estate firm Katz &amp; Associates. Here, she was responsible for the selection and overall strategic rollout of national and regional retailers, as well as landlord representation.
