The 31-story asset&#8217;s office tower was created by Beyer Blinder Belle and features elements of steel and glass. The office space starts at the eighth floor and equals 525,000 square feet. Delivered in the summer of 2018, the building is currently 77.9 percent leased, with other tenants including Gartner and Accenture.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe demand we\u2019ve experienced for this location has been unprecedented and we look forward to welcoming new industries into the WeWork community,\u201d<\/em> said Alexis Miller, director of business operations for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic at WeWork, in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n<p>JLL&#8217;s Managing Directors Greg Lubar and Andy O&#8217;Brien, as well as Vice President Zach Boroson represented WeWork. CBRE Senior Vice President Jill Goubeaux, Executive Vice President Terry Reiley, Vice President Caroline Bour and Associate Anna Faktorow worked on behalf of JBG Smith.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At the end of last month,&nbsp;WeWork signed on to become the anchor tenant of The Landmark Guadalajara, a new&nbsp;2.5 million-square-foot, mixed-use development in Mexico.
