Tenant Smile Direct Club plans to open a SmileShop location and occupy the space on the building\u2019s ground floor by next spring.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Located in the borough\u2019s Harlem neighborhood, the property is a block away from a Whole Foods Grocery, while a WeWork location is right across the street. Nearby amenities include a soon-to-open Shake Shack, H&amp;M, American Eagle, restaurants, entertainment options and landmarks.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The pre-war property encompasses a total of 46,200 square feet across five stories. The asset has 49 units\u2014a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as four studios. The 9,000-square-foot retail component features 8-foot ceiling heights and 115 feet of frontage along 125<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;Street.
