He will be responsible for overseeing new investments and dispositions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Based in the company&#8217;s San Francisco office, Nicklisch brings acquisition and investment experience across all property types within major metros in the U.S.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Before joining James Campbell Co., Nicklisch served as Amstar&#8217;s senior vice president, focusing on sourcing acquisition and development opportunities. Prior to that, he was one of American Eagle Capital Partners&#8217; founding partners, where he advised international institutional investors of real estate investment throughout the U.S. Nicklisch also served as Colony Capital&#8217;s director of acquisitions, focused on the New York City Tri-State area and other major markets. He was also Boston Properties&#8217; project manager in the development group, Transwestern Investment Cos.&#8217; senior associate for acquisitions and Bovis Lend Lease&#8217;s assistant project manager.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c[Arndt&#8217;s] significant real estate investment expertise will be a great benefit to our organization as we expand and reposition our portfolio across the country,\u201d<\/em> said&nbsp;Tim Brauer, chairman, president &amp; CEO of James Campbell Co., in a prepared statement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nicklisch has an engineering degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>James Campbell Co. has holdings and properties in Washington, D.C., Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, Texas, Virginia, California, Hawaii, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Utah and Wisconsin.
