According to Yardi Matrix data, CBRE is the leasing broker for the mid-rise building. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/brTe7hfSJQo\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Located at 10845 Griffith Peak Drive, the six-story Two Summerlin is steps away from more than 125 shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, the City National Arena-NHL practice facility and the future <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/howard-hughes-unveils-las-vegas-ballpark-plan\/\">Las Vegas Ballpark<\/a>. The property offers views of downtown, the Vegas Strip, Spring Mountains and Red Rock Canyon. The property includes 506 parking spaces, controlled access and two elevators.<\/p>\n<p>International law firm Greenberg Traurig has leased 16,000 square feet on the top floor. According to <em>Las Vegas Review Journal<\/em>, accounting firm RSM US will also be moving in the building this month. The company intends to occupy roughly 11,000 square feet.<\/p>\n<p>The building is&nbsp;The Howard Hughes Corp.&#8217;s second Class A office building in the Summerlin submarket.
