As principal, Crean will focus on office tenant and landlord representation in Greater Boston. Most recently, he was senior vice president &amp; partner with CBRE\/New England.<\/p>\n<p>Since 2007, Crean has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/jpmorgan-renews-expands-boston-lease\/\">closed more than 400 transactions<\/a> totaling roughly $1 billion, representing properties comprising 5.7 million square feet of agency assignments in Boston. Furthermore, he has advised several Fortune 500 companies as well as InsightSquared, Alzheimer&#8217;s Association, M33 Growth and General Assembly.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Bill will play a leading role as we continue to broaden the Avison Young footprint throughout Boston. He will provide our firm with a wealth of market knowledge fostered throughout 20-plus years of hands-on experience,\u201d<\/em> said Michael Smith, Avison Young principal &amp; managing director of the firm&#8217;s New England region, in prepared remarks.<\/p>\n<p>Crean is a board member of Fairfield University Alumni Association and vice president of the Hingham Sports Partnership.
