JLL Spark plans to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/jll-spark-forms-100m-global-venture-fund\/\">invest as much as $100 million<\/a> in tech startups within the commercial real estate space.<\/p>\n<p>Since launching in June, the fund has invested in six companies, among them Skyline AI, Jones and Dealpath. According to Shah, a key consideration is, &#8220;<em>Can we clearly help the startup grow?
