The firm provided architectural services for the project, while Miller construction served as the general contractor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Located at 3780 W. 104th St., the new asset was designed with a concrete tilt up and includes a neutral color palette of warm tones and white. CGI Windows and Doors relocated to the 325,000-square-foot property from a smaller facility in Miami, to align with the company&#8217;s growing needs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;The CGI Windows and Doors project was part of Phase 1 of the 95-acre Countyline Corporate Park. The new office and manufacturing facility was designed to enhance CGI\u2019s business operations and accommodate future growth needs,&#8221;<\/em>&nbsp;Rei Gomez, regional manager of Ware Malcomb&#8217;s Miami office, told <em>Commercial Property Executive. &#8220;The project\u2019s location also provides easy access to Florida\u2019s Turnpike, I-75 and other major transportation arteries. Ware Malcomb was pleased to provide master planning services for the overall Countyline Corporate Park.
