Ackerman &amp; Co., together with partners The Yates Group and JAC Real Estate Investments, sold the roughly 1 million-square-foot property for $70 million.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 705 Braselton Industrial Boulevard in Braselton, Ga., the facility is the largest industrial facility Ackerman &amp; Co. has developed to date. The logistics center is strategically positioned, providing easy access to the region\u2019s major North-East highway: Interstate 85. Mizuno, Hitachi, Whole Foods Markets, Havertys, Carters and Kichler are a few of the tenants that surround Braselton Logistics Center.<\/p>\n<p>Uline, a distributor of packing and shipping materials, has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/uline-inc-signs-1-msf-lease-near-atlanta\/\">occupied the distribution facility<\/a> since the end of 2017 and acquired it as part of a purchase option in its 10-year lease.
