JLL led negotiation efforts on behalf of the new tenant, which will occupy 30,794 square feet.<\/p>\n<p>The company will move its offices roughly 11 miles to the northeast, from 14241 Dallas Parkway to 3661 N. Plano Road in Richardson. Located just south of the Bush Turnpike interchange and less than half a mile from a DART stop, CityLine is easily accessible from Dallas and the northern suburbs. The development encompasses almost 4,000 apartments as well as 230,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space.
