It also has parking for 190 cars and 135 trailers.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In June, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/asb-real-estate-acquires-miami-industrial-facility\/\">ASB purchased a 10.5-acre industrial property<\/a> in Miami\u2019s submarket of Hialeah, for $24.3 million.
