UPS will be the sole tenant at the property, which is adjacent to McCraney&#8217;s Park 27, a two-building industrial development. Both projects are a joint venture with Northwestern Mutual, bringing the partnership&#8217;s total&nbsp;investment in the market to more than 810,000 square feet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe timing for this deal was paramount,\u201d<\/em> said Steven McCraney, president &amp; CEO of McCraney Property Co., in a prepared statement. <em>\u201cConstruction drew to a close at 27 Logistics Park as UPS\u2019 need for expanding its footprint in Central Florida was immediate. This is a perfect match for what we had envisioned for the property.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>CBRE Orlando\u2019s Senior Vice President David Murphy and Vice President Monica Wonus handled leasing for the property, on behalf of the owner.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In September,&nbsp;McCraney Property Co. partnered with Tavistock Development Co. to&nbsp;expand its Infinity Park project, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/tavistock-mccraney-to-expand-orlando-business-park\/\">mixed-use business park in Orlando<\/a>, Fla.
