The development is slated to open in spring 2020.<\/p>\n<p>The $200 million facility, to be built on two sites at 145 and 250 King of Prussia Road, will be developed and managed by Brandywine Realty Trust. The project will double the square footage of the previous location\u2014which has operated since 1997\u2014and is designed to include office space and a 100-key hotel on the western portion of the property.<\/p>\n<h2>Advanced care<\/h2>\n<p>The new facility will provide comprehensive cancer care, including newly available radiation oncology services and chemotherapy provided by the Abramson Cancer Center, as well as primary care, heart and vascular, orthopedic and neuroscience care. Additional services will include same-day surgery, with six operating rooms and four endoscopy suites, along with full radiology and laboratory services.
