Shortly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/knotel-expands-nyc-presence\/\">after opening a Lower Manhattan location<\/a>, the flexible office space operator agreed to occupy space on the building\u2019s fifth floor through October 2023, Yardi Matrix data shows.<\/p>\n<p>The 20-story property encapsulates 185,198&nbsp;square feet, as well as a 1,500-square-foot first-floor retail component. Built in 1930, it underwent renovations in 2007. Notable tenants include Breather, Channel V Media, HSBC and CAL Financial Group.
