The privately held mortgage lender has chosen the property for its new South Jersey headquarters.<\/p>\n<p>The Class A property features walking trails, fa\u00e7ade signage, ample parking, solar power and LED lighting. According to PropertyShark, it was completed in 1985 and, until 2017, it served as one of Holtec International\u2019s main U.S. operation centers.<\/p>\n<p>The property sits on 2 acres at 1 Holtec Drive, in the center of the Marlton Business District. Nearby amenities include restaurants, lodging options and various shopping centers, including Greentree Square, Evesham Plaza Shopping, Marlton Square and Marlton Crossings. Additionally, routes 73 and 70, Interstate 295 and New Jersey Turnpike provide easy access throughout the area.<\/p>\n<p>Wolf Commercial Real Estate Vice President &amp; Principal Christopher Henderson represented the tenant in the lease transaction.
