The branch will relocate to the new space on March 1, 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 750 Town &amp; Country Blvd., Town Centre I comprises 250,000 square feet within the Town Centre Complex in West Houston. The 10-story asset is LEED Gold certified and was completed in 2015. UBS\u2019s new office will take up the building\u2019s fourth floor, where it will house 60 employees, responsible for approximately $6 billion in client assets.<\/p>\n<h2>Modern and artistic<\/h2>\n<p>Plans for the new space include a modern, open-plan design with large windows, up-to-date technology, complete with artwork from UBS\u2019s signature collection and the \u2018three keys\u2019 symbol in the reception area. The branch is relocating from Galleria Financial Center located at 5065 Westheimer Road. Earlier this year,&nbsp;Clipper Americas agreed to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/clipper-group-to-relocate-consolidate-houston-hq\/\">consolidate its Houston headquarters<\/a> at Town Centre I.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Our goal is to bring the vast resources of the world&#8217;s leading wealth manager to our local clients and residents within the Houston area&#8221;,<\/em> said Craig Vandegrift, market head for Houston at UBS Wealth Management USA, in prepared remarks. <em>\u201c\u2026 It is a vibrant part of the city that is growing at a rapid pace and our new office in Town Centre I shows our strong, long-term commitment to the area&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Town Centre is part of the 4.6-acre Town &amp; Country Village Lifestyle Center and City Centre that encompasses 2.2 million square feet of mixed-use space. In addition to Town Centre I, the complex includes a parking garage and the Queensbury Theatre, a 21,000-square-foot auditorium that has been operating at the site since 1981.
