The complex, located at 1901 San Antonio St., along the southwest edge of University of Texas at Austin\u2019s campus, is anticipated to open in the fourth quarter of 2019.<\/p>\n<p>The two hotels, developed by White Lodging, will boost the city\u2019s accommodation inventory by a combined 347 rooms: 191 rooms including 29 suites at The Otis, and 156 rooms including two suites at AC Hotel. The building will include natural elements such as copper and a 4,000-square-foot rooftop deck equipped with an outdoor pool, cabanas, a bar and terrace. In addition, guestrooms will feature in-room record players for the guests to select LPs from the hotel\u2019s curated vinyl library. Furthermore, a full-service restaurant and bar will be located on the hotel\u2019s first floor.<\/p>\n<p>AC Hotels by Marriott, founded in 1998, finds its inspiration in classic European design.
