The property is currently undergoing a renovation, with completion expected early next summer. Following the remodeling, the company\u2019s former 210,000-square-foot headquarters will be available for lease for the first time.<\/p>\n<p>Located just south of a planned stop on the Durham-Orange Light Rail project, the building is one of the largest blocks of Class A office space available in the Triangle. Built in 1970, the rhomboid-shaped building encompasses nearly 5,000 panes of reflective glass. The iconic four-story property is set to feature a new lobby, an outdoor patio with activated outdoor amenity space, fitness center, high-efficiency building systems and ample parking. The new workspace will suit either a single tenant or multiple smaller users. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThis is a rare opportunity for forward-thinking employers to secure newly upgraded, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/what-fuels-the-triangle-office-markets-growth\/\">Class-A office space<\/a> within one of the Triangle\u2019s most visible, unique and recognizable properties,\u201d<\/em> said JLL Brokerage Associate John MacDonell, in prepared remarks.
