This deal represents an expansion of ownership and management into three new markets: Nashville, Tenn., Phoenix and Denver. RHG will manage the portfolio, which comprises a total of 461 keys.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The assets are the Hilton Garden Inn and the Hampton Inn in Nashville\/Smyrna, the Hyatt Place Phoenix North and the Aloft Broomfield Denver.&nbsp;This purchase brings RHG&#8217;s portfolio of owned and managed properties to 105 hotels across 15 states. The joint venture represents Aspect&#8217;s third hospitality investment platform, bringing its portfolio total to 19 hotels across 16 states.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;We are excited about our partnership with Aspect and believe that these four properties in these key locations are aligned with our strategic growth plan to acquire institutional-grade hotel properties in dynamic markets as we continue to expand our footprint across the country,&#8221;<\/em> said Ben Seidel, president &amp; CEO of Real Hospitality Group, in a prepared statement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>The Properties&nbsp;<\/h2>\n<p>Located at 2631 Highwood Blvd. in Smyrna, the Hilton Garden Inn Nashville\/Smyrna offers 112 keys. Situated between Nashville and Murfreesboro, the property offers free Wi-Fi, a five-hole putting green, more than 1,700 square feet of meeting space, a 24-hour fitness center, a business center, a 24-hour pavilion pantry, an indoor heated pool and the Garden Grille &amp; Bar on-site restaurant. Nearby attractions include the Heritage Center, the Sam Davis Home and Museum and the Country Music Hall of Fame.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Situated at 10838 N. 25th Ave., the pet-friendly Hyatt Place Phoenix North offers an outdoor pool, 24-hour gym and business center, meeting facilities, free Wi-Fi, 24-hour gallery market and a Coffee to Cocktails Bar. Nearby attractions include the Martin Auto Museum, Musical Instrument Museum, Wet n&#8217; Wild water park and Chase Field.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Located at 8300 Arista Place, the Aloft Broomfield Denver is situated in between Denver and Boulder. The pet-friendly hotel includes a grocery shopping service, free Wi-Fi, car rental, Grab-n-Go breakfast, 3,128 square feet of meeting space, the signature re:fuel by Aloft and W XYZ Bar, a re:charge gym, a splash indoor pool, a re:mix lounge and a business center.
