Construction on the 1.6 million-square-foot commercial and life sciences research campus is set to begin in spring\/summer 2019, with completion slated for the first half of 2021.<\/p>\n<p>The four-building Exchange South End will rise on 5.6 acres at 540 Albany St., on the former Flower Exchange site. With this project, the developer aims to bring an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/top-5-most-active-office-markets-in-the-northeast-us\/\">influx of commercial and lab space<\/a> to the market, at the same time providing a dynamic platform where innovation companies can interact with the community and culture in a green environment.
