Wheeling Town Center Plaza<\/p><\/div>\n

Occupancy at Lynmark Group\u2019s upcoming Wheeling Town Center has reached 83 percent, with two new leases closing days ago. Local restaurants Eggsperience and Meat & Potato Eatery are about to occupy 4,000 square feet at the soon-to-be-completed shopping center, joining retailers such as CMX Cinemas, Starbucks and Mia\u2019s Cantina. NKF represented the landlord in the transactions.<\/p>\n

The new location will mark the 9th restaurant for Eggsperience, which has been offering lunch and breakfast options for Chicago customers for 25 years. For Meat & Potato Eatery, having just opened its doors in 2015, this will be the 3rd site. Both restaurants will provide outdoor seating.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs a local restaurant operating in the Chicagoland area for over two decades, we are eager to join this dynamic space. The assortment of retail provides a thoughtful mix of dining and leisure that we fit nicely into,<\/em>\u201d said Peter Sakoufakis, owner of Eggsperience, in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n

Lynmark broke ground on the shopping center<\/a> in late spring this year and set the delivery date for early 2019. The company is also working on approvals for a five-story residential property that will be located just steps from the plaza. ONE Wheeling Town Center is expected to encompass 300 luxury units.<\/p>\n
