The Jenkins Organization traded the two-property portfolio containing StoreIt! Woodcreek and StoreIt! Seven Meadows. CubeSmart was appointed to manage the properties, according to Yardi Matrix.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 1429 FM 1463 in Katy, StoreIt! Woodcreek is alongside Interstate 10, approximately 30 miles from downtown Houston. The facility was constructed in 2013 and comprises 563 climate- and non-climate-controlled units, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Built in 2002, Seven Meadows encompasses 525 climate- and non-climate-controlled units, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet.
