The nonprofit organization took up the building\u2019s entire eighth floor, or a total of 36,345 square feet, for an additional 15 years.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The asset is located at 14 Wall St. and is a designated New York City landmark and a symbol of the Financial District due to its crowning pyramid. The Federal Hall National Memorial, the New York Stock Exchange, upscale restaurants, retailers and entertainment venues surround the building. Multiple PATH and subway lines, as well as the New York Water Taxi, New York Waterway&nbsp;and Staten Island ferries provide easy transportation throughout the area.<\/p>\n<p>The 37-story building encompasses more than 1 million square feet and includes a 25,000-square-foot retail component. Completed in 1912, it underwent major renovations in 2008, resulting in a&nbsp;reimagined lobby, redesigned common rooms and upgraded building and security systems. Notable tenants include NYU Langone, AFCO, Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, Equinox Health Club, T.J. Maxx and Starbucks.<\/p>\n<p>Cushman &amp; Wakefield\u2019s Alan Wildes, Jonathan Fein,&nbsp;Lou D\u2019Avanzo&nbsp;and&nbsp;Carlos Suarez represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
