The lease <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/nj-shopping-center-changes-hands\/\">marks the workout camp\u2019s third location<\/a> in the Southern New Jersey market.<\/p>\n<p>The property is located at 1140 White Horse Road, in the vicinity of highly traveled major thoroughfares such as Interstate 295, Route 70, the New Jersey Turnpike and Haddonfield-Berlin Road. Echelon Village Plaza is adjacent to the building, while a wide variety of retailers, services, accommodation options, parks and communities are all nearby.<\/p>\n<p>Burn Boot Camp\u2019s lease brings the retail center\u2019s occupancy to full capacity. The other tenants are Panera Bread and EyeDesigns.
