This marks UNIQLO\u2019s first store downtown and ninth in the region. The new shop will open this fall.<\/p>\n<p>At 700 S. Flower St., the store is in the heart of Los Angeles, alongside Freeway 110 and positioned across from the metro lines on the Seventh Street\/Metro Center. UNIQLO will occupy the seventh floor of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/big-bloc-project-in-l-a-reels-in-big-financing\/\">The Bloc, a 1.8 million-square-foot mixed-use property<\/a>, featuring 420,000 square feet of open-air, urban retail space. The building is 90 percent occupied and hosts a mix of national retailers, entertainment destinations and provides various dining options, such as Macy&#8217;s and Alamo Drafthouse Cinema.
