The lease agreement closed before the building secured a Certificate of Occupancy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Located within the&nbsp;Riverwalk Business Park, a 1,000-acre mixed-use project that offers residential, retail, office, industrial and cycling venues, this property marks the company&#8217;s first project to complete construction within its Southeast expansion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cRelationships are everything,\u201d<\/em> said Steven McCraney, president &amp; CEO of McCraney Property Co., in a prepared statement. <em>\u201cAnd we are proud to align with NFI as the sole tenant in the largest speculative industrial building built in the greater Charlotte market in recent years. Our Logistics 77 project opens the gateway to additional projects breaking ground in the greater Charlotte market by year-end.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Foundry Commercial\u2019s Managing Director &amp; Principal Warren Snowdon and Senior Vice President David Hanna leased Logistics 77 @ Riverwalk on behalf of McCraney.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The company\u2019s newest project brings the firm\u2019s active industrial projects under development in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina to more than 7 million square feet.
