Marcus &amp; Millichap represented the seller and secured the buyer\u2014both of which are limited liability companies.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 2824 and 3154 Junction Highway, the facilities are within one mile of each other, just off Highway 27 and approximately 74 miles from downtown San Antonio. The assets comprise 351 units ranging in size between 50 and 200 square feet and feature climate control, drive-up access and security cameras.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe see a great deal of interest from Texas and out of state investors for investment property in the Texas Hill Country,\u201d<\/em> said Jon Danklefs, investment specialist at Marcus &amp; Millichap in prepared remarks. <em>\u201cLone Star is the third self-storage property I sold in Bandera and Kerr Counties in the last 15 months and represents the 248<sup>th<\/sup> self-storage transaction by Marcus &amp; Millichap in Texas.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In June, Marcus &amp; Millichap also brokered the sale of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/karr-self-storage-group-brokers-sale-of-texas-facility\/\">33,607-square-foot facility in Richland Hills<\/a>, Texas.<\/p>\n<p><em>Image courtesy of Marcus &amp; Millichap<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The sale includes two facilities located less than one mile from each other in Ingram, Texas.
