The first phase represents 54 acres of the entire development and will comprise a total of 869,760 square feet. Phase I is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Located at the southern entrance of Santa Clarita, the business park will be along Sierra Highway and Freeway 14, south of Newhall Avenue, approximately one mile from the intersection of Freeway 14 and Interstate 5. The site offers access to the entire San Fernando Valley as well as to Greater Los Angeles. Phase I of The Center at Needham Ranch will feature a seven-building Class A industrial park, offering spaces from 34,270 to 209,559 square feet.
