Ashford Place III<\/p><\/div>\n

The Mission Cos. have selected JLL as the exclusive leasing advisor for a four-property, 245,000-square-foot office portfolio in Houston\u2019s Energy Corridor. <\/p>\n

Located at 14800, 14811 and 14825 St. Mary\u2019s Lane and 950 Threadneedle St., the properties were completed between 1975 and 1980. Known as Ashford Place I, II, III and IV, the buildings have undergone a series of renovations in 2006, 2008 and 2013, Yardi Matrix data shows. The portfolio is approximately 82 percent leased to tenants spanning from the financial and professional services, energy sectors to the engineering and legal industries.<\/p>\n

The Mission Cos. acquired the properties in separate transactions between 2011 and 2015. The portfolio is near the intersection of Katy Freeway and Dairy Ashford Road, in the proximity of restaurants, hotels, corporate campuses and major West Houston thoroughfares.<\/p>\n

Ashford Place IV<\/p><\/div>\n

\u201cThanks to a diverse tenant base and strong ownership, these assets have enjoyed relative stability throughout the oil downturn. These buildings are strategically located, have direct access to Interstate 10 and represent a great value for anyone needing Energy Corridor office space,\u201d<\/em> said JLL Vice President Jack Russo, in a prepared statement. Russo and Senior Vice President Scott Fikes will spearhead leasing efforts at the Ashford buildings. Fikes joined JLL\u2019s office leasing team<\/a> in Houston earlier this summer.<\/p>\n
