Inland Real Estate Acquisitions LLC Senior Vice President Matthew Tice and Vice President David Neboyskey arranged the transaction on behalf of an Inland affiliate.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 220 S. 63<sup>rd<\/sup> St. in Mesa and 3940 S. Alma School Road in Chandler, the buildings encompass a combined 25,340 square feet. Swagel Wootton Hiatt Eye Centers provides various services, such as laser cataract, retinal surgeries, corneal transplants, procedures for Descement\u2019s Membrane Endothelial Keratoplaty, macular degeneration, glaucoma and diabetic-eye disease treatment.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe properties\u2019 ideal locations in two prominent Phoenix suburbs provide local and surrounding residents with convenient access to industry leading eye care experts and advanced medical technology,\u201d<\/em> said Tice in prepared remarks. <em>\u201cThe Mesa location\u2019s recent upgrade and building expansion, combined with a well-known tenant and 15-year leases at both properties, made this transaction a prime example of the type of medical office properties we seek to acquire.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In another recent deal,&nbsp;Inland Real Estate Acquisitions <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/inland-real-estate-arranges-phoenix-mob-sale\/\">has brokered the sale of Banner Health Center<\/a>, a medical office building in Phoenix, on behalf of an Inland affiliate.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Located at 220 S. 63rd St. in Mesa and 3940 S.
