The Zacher Cos.&#8217; President Steve Zacher and Vice President of Brokerage Services John Adams represented the landlords in the transaction.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThis lease represents one of the largest in Fort Wayne this year,\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;said Diamond, in a prepared statement.&nbsp;<em>\u201cThe warehouse has been a fantastic location for Essex as the home of its North American distribution and light manufacturing\/assembly functions, and has allowed them to reach their customer base quickly.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Earlier this month, Cushman &amp; Wakefield represented the International WELL Building Institute in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/iwbi-relocates-manhattan-office\/\">leasing 9,000 square feet at 220 Fifth Ave.<\/a> in Manhattan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Image courtesy of Cushman &amp;
