The portfolio,&nbsp;located&nbsp;in the Green Valley submarket of Henderson, Nev., totals 271,000 square feet.&nbsp;This represents the firm&#8217;s four purchase in the greater Las Vegas market.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;We continue to believe that markets like&nbsp;<span class=\"xn-location\">Las Vegas<\/span>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<span class=\"xn-location\">Reno, Nev.<\/span>, offer an increasingly appealing option for businesses and employers looking for more affordable and high-quality-of-life communities in which to grow their businesses,&#8221;<\/em> said&nbsp;<span class=\"xn-person\">Todd Chapman<\/span>, president of JMA Ventures, in prepared remarks. <em>&#8220;Be it the boutique Aloft Hotel we are developing in&nbsp;<span class=\"xn-location\">Reno<\/span>&nbsp;or the portfolio of market-leading office assets we are purchasing in&nbsp;<span class=\"xn-location\">Henderson<\/span>, we believe investing in&nbsp;<span class=\"xn-location\">Nevada<\/span>&nbsp;is a smart decision given its attractive economic climate and unrivaled lifestyle offerings.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Back in February, Blue Vista Capital Management partnered with Harbor Associates on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/harbor-buys-2-office-campuses-in-socal-suburbs\/\">$22.9 million acquisition of&nbsp;Conejo Corporate Campus<\/a>, a two-building office complex in Thousand Oaks, Calif. Located at&nbsp;2380 and 2400 Conejo Spectrum St., the property comprises 198,500 square feet on an 11-acre site.
