The new-to-market tenant plans to move into the space in December.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 3109 Minnesota Ave., the 106,000-square-foot property was completed in 2005. The Operations Center is easily accessible due to its central location in the city and is within walking distance of the Panama City Mall and several dining and shopping venues.<\/p>\n<p>Revint Solutions, a revenue recovery and consulting services provider for healthcare organizations, will occupy almost 50 percent of the facility\u2019s second floor. Approximately 15,000 square feet of space is still available for lease, as the landlord does not use the second level for credit union operations.<\/p>\n<p>CBRE Vice President Tom Watson, based in the company\u2019s Northwest Florida office, represented Tyndall in the lease negotiations. Watson provides advisory and transactions services to clients across Florida\u2019s Panhandle region. In early 2018, another CBRE team assisted&nbsp;Federated Holding Co. in a 16,293-square-foot <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/avison-young-inks-3-southeast-fl-leases\/\">expansion and lease term extension<\/a> at&nbsp;Sawgrass International Corporate Park in Sunrise, Fla.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cAside from being one of the largest new, private sector office deals for Panama City in several years, Revint Solutions is establishing operations in the market and bringing approximately 100 new jobs to the area.
