Colliers, which manages the building, will oversee the build-out of the space, which the tenant plans to occupy this fall.&nbsp;Jack Arnold of Stream Realty represented the owner in the lease transaction, with CBRE\u2019s Ryan Hudson acting on behalf of Adrenaline.<\/p>\n<p>Prime Finance, the owner of the building, acquired the asset through a foreclosure action in July 2015. The previous owner and developer, Carter &amp; Associates, had taken a $24.6 million loan from Prime in 2014, according to Fulton County records.<\/p>\n<p>The building, found at 565 Main St., is within 2 miles of 11.8 million square feet of Class A office space, such as Columbia Property Trust\u2019s 955,000-square-foot Lindbergh Center across the street, according to Yardi Matrix.
