The company will use the 4.1 acres to build a mixed-use project\u2014Fletcher Marketplace\u2014which will include a retail component of 16,000 square feet and a hospitality component of 60,000 square feet. Retail Insite\u2019s Don Moser and Matt Moser represented both parties in the transaction.<\/p>\n<p>Brixton will lead the development at 100 Fletcher Parkway, with Dempsey Construction as contractor. The new owner of the site plans to sell 1.4 acres to Excel Hotel Group, the developer of the future hotel.
